Ordering

Kitty’s Ltd maintains a SECURE on-line ordering system as well as having a shop in Millsboro, Delaware, which is about a half- hour from Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. Kitty’s shop is open year round from Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00 with many more products than are shown on our web site. Payment

Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, money orders or checks. Items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the bank. Prices may change as new shipments arrive. Delaware has NO Sales Tax.

Shipping

Kitty’s Ltd ships to the 48 contiguous States by insured UPS Ground. Please contact Kitty’s if you request other options or need information on oversize packaging. Although not always possible, we try to ship the same day or the next day.

Returns

For damaged goods, contact Kitty’s Ltd immediately and keep all containers and packaging until you have resolved the problem with Kitty’s. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted until Prior Authorization is given by Kitty’s within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. After the authorization, the item must be returned with the original container and packaging at the expense of the purchaser for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Layaway

Kitty’s Ltd layaway plan consists of 25% down and 25% per month. Failure to comply results in the forfeiture of any money paid. Money paid on one item may not be transferred to another item. Please contact Kitty’s Ltd for further information or questions.
